Put drink bottles(diameter: 5-15cm, length: 15-30cm) into the materials separation machine, a separate sheet on the main bearing of this machine removes label papers and caps from drink bottles. Caps fall into the screen and the following screw bearing pushes them out. Before the bottles out of the machine, blower will separate label papers, then pushes out the bottles. Large type materials separation machine can separate materials 1000KG per hour, rate of successfully removing label paper is 99%, rate of successfully removing cap is about 70%.
